How to submit a request
- Email support@dokvelo.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your use of Dokvelo.
- We may request reasonable verification to protect your information from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymize applicable information from active systems unless retention is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will confirm completion by email.
If a CA firm invited you to Dokvelo, you may also contact that firm directly regarding documents it controls.
